Nana’s sells and ships products only within the continential United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please call to check on the availability of shipping to other areas.

We rely on the accuracy of the address you enter on your order form. We cannot credit your account if the package is returned because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Our shippers will not deliver to a Post Office Box, so you must provide a street address to which you want the product shipped. We also require the telephone number where the package is to be delivered.

Orders normally ship within 2 business days unless we are out of stock. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. PST are treated as having been placed on the next business day. We have no control over delivery timeframes once the products leave our warehouse. If you require product by a specific date, then please select a shipment method likely to result in your receiving the product when you need it.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping charges are estimates. Your credit card will reflect the actual charge. Any shipping charge specials are valid only for shipments within the continental United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Promotion Codes:
From time to time, Nana’s may offer Promotion Codes. If you wish to use a Promotion Code, then you must enter it in the Promotion Code box when placing your order. Any discount will automatically be calculated. Promotion Codes may not be combined. Nana’s does not accept coupons for on-line orders.

Nana’s accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover for online orders. We do not accept American Express, checks, money orders or cash for on-line purchases. Your credit card will be charged when you order is placed. Once placed, on-line orders cannot be cancelled, so be sure that you are ordering the correct product and correct quantity before submitting your order.

No Returns or Exchanges:
Because we are selling food products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of on-line purchases. If you are dissatisifed with our product, then please contact us.
